Parts warranty on palmrest

This Dell XPS 13 7390 2-in-1 came to Geld Technologies with a sticky palmrest and two faulty cooling fans. One fan was not spinning, while the other was noisy. We replaced the palmrest panel and both fans, transferring the original keyboard into the replacement palmrest. Final checks confirmed normal keyboard and fan operation.

Before the repair

The palmrest surface had become sticky, making the area around the keyboard uncomfortable to use. The repair required replacement of the C casing, also known as the palmrest panel. The existing keyboard was retained for transfer into the new panel.

"I needed help with my laptop fan, which was making a horrible sound. I thought I needed a new one and contacted many businesses, but no one could locate the right fan model from suppliers. Then I found these guys... Their office is equipped with all sorts of tools and gadgets, which gave me a lot of confidence in their ability to handle my laptop."

"Extremely satisfied. I had a severe flickering screen issue to the point I can't find my cursor. They got it fixed in 3 days time and cleaned all my laptop fans. For some reason, the screen looks wayyyy better now. Response is fast. Look for Terance!"
